Do You Need a Hug, Help, or to Be Heard?

Do you need hugWhen someone we love needs support, jumping into advice-giving mode is easy. Instead, we should ask these three powerful questions before dishing out solutions: Do you need a hug? Do you need help? Do you need to be heard? Beginning conversations with these questions deepens our connection and communicates respect, trust, and genuine concern.
